Federal Posters

Pinnacle provides the Federal and State labor law posters. These are included in your Pinnacle fee so there is no need to order your own posters, which saves you up to $50 per store. A new Fantastic Sams location receives their posters from Pinnacle at approximately the time the store opens. We order posters from a national vendor and the posters can take up to 30 days for us to receive. Once a batch comes in, we ship them to your store by overnight service in a large tube. We need Salon Owners to notify us of a new location, giving us the store number, opening date and physical address. Once we have that, we will order the posters.

Posters get updates occasionally, and these are usually fairly minor changes to the poster. Some states issue updates almost every year, it seems. Since we are using a large "all-in-one" laminated poster, it is costly to replace the entire poster anytime there is an update. Therefore, minor updates are made with a poster overlay.

The overlay can be attached to the large poster to cover the updated section. After several revisions, we will replace the entire poster for you. We recently sent a federal revision to all stores. The overlay should be added to your existing posters. If you would like, Pinnacle will send you a brand new poster, but will charge $35 to your invoice to cover most of the cost.

Some marketing companies have been mailing solicitations to Salon Owners with strong letters urging them to purchase updated posters at inflated prices from them. Don't be fooled by "scare tactics". Although it is important to keep in compliance, we can assure you that no Pinnacle client has ever been fined or audited as a result of labor law poster compliance.
